Events

If you can make it to the Minnesota state fair we invite you to stop in the old time blacksmith shop located on the fair grounds in Heritage Square.  Just listen for the ringing of the anvil!   This is the original shop where the race horses were shod back in the day.  We will be working the last six days of the fair again this year.  Aug. 31- Sept. 5.  If you plan to be at the fair the first six days, you can watch  our fellow smith Dave Marriette at work.

Another event where we demonstrate blacksmithing is at the Lake of the Woods Steam & Gas show located near Rocky Point on the south shore of Lake of the Woods.
